To take your heart rate, use the DualCardio Grip™ heart rate monitors built into the stationary handlebars, or do it wirelessly using the Bluetooth enabled iFit® wireless strap. And when it comes to the audio offerings, this model features two 2 inch speakers and an iPod compatible audio center.
