Combine that with the already existing 32 workout programs built in and 24 digital resistance levels, and this trainer boasts impressive goal setting and fitness tracking options. Also included are two 2 inch Intermix Acoustics speakers and a CardioGrip heart rate monitoring built into the stationary handlebars. Beyond the console, users can customize their stride with a manual stride option of 18, 20, or 22 inches, and enjoy oversized gel pedals that are easy on the joints. The frame is solid steel and the center drive design uses Silent Magnet Resistance technology for noiseless operation. This model also features a 23 pound flywheel and 350 pound weight capacity.
